We include your cellar, attic, balcony and garden in the home survey. There is no need to measure everything or calculate how many boxes you need beforehand. Together, we look at what is coming with you and plan the right team and vehicle.
We take care of the planning

Whether you live in an apartment on Baselstrasse or a house towards Bettingen, we look at how to move your furniture out of your current home and into the next. We consider access, stairs, the building's lift and parking arrangements. We talk through any necessary coordination with you and handle the planning.
For large furniture or an upper-floor apartment, an external furniture lift can make the move easier. We assess the space and access, then arrange its use. Where a furniture lift is suitable, it is included free of charge with your TSR move.
If you are moving between Riehen and Basel, we plan both addresses together. Tell us your preferred date and any handover appointment already agreed. We coordinate when the team will arrive and how collection and delivery will fit together.
Your free home survey also gives you time to ask questions. Would you like to pack yourself, have the children's rooms set up first or have particular furniture assembled? We include these wishes in the plan.

We deliver the boxes. You set the pace.
All the packing supplies you need are provided free of charge. We deliver your boxes and packing materials to Riehen two to three weeks before moving day. Start with the things you rarely use, then pack the rest at your own pace.
On moving day, our team brings suitable protection for your furniture, floors and walkways. We carefully wrap your furniture and secure it for the journey. If you would also like us to pack your household belongings, we can arrange that as an additional service.
After moving in, you have a month to unpack. Set up the rooms that matter most to you first, then take your time finding a place for everything else. We collect the boxes afterwards.

What would you like to know about moving in Riehen?

How do I find out what my move will cost?

Do I need to arrange parking and a furniture lift myself?
We handle the planning. We assess both addresses and discuss any necessary arrangements with you. We also determine whether a furniture lift would help, based on your furniture and access at the property.
How long can I keep the free boxes?
You receive the packing supplies you need two to three weeks before your move. After moving in, you have a month to unpack before we collect the boxes. The supplies and their delivery are free with your TSR move.
Can you move just a few pieces of furniture or the contents of a shared-flat room?
Yes. Our small moving service is suitable for individual furniture items and smaller households. We agree a collection time and carry your belongings to their intended places at the destination.
Can you reassemble my bed and wardrobe?
Of course. We agree beforehand which furniture we will take apart and reassemble at your new home. This additional service is included in your quote. You can also tell us which pieces you would like ready first.
Do you handle office or practice moves?
Yes. For an office move, we discuss timing and the order of work with your business. Furniture, documents and workstations are assigned to their intended rooms, helping your team find its way around the new premises.
