Free inspection
We inspect your move on site or clarify the most important details with you. Together we check how many boxes, furniture items, floors and access points need to be considered.

Based on the inspection, we plan team, vehicle, material, moving lift and additional services. This creates a clear process for moving day.
Transparent pricing without hidden costs
Sie erhalten eine klare Einschätzung. Anfahrt, Transport und Arbeitszeit werden vorab verständlich besprochen, damit Sie genau wissen, was eingeplant ist.
Cost ceiling instead of a flat rate
Auf Wunsch vereinbaren wir eine klare Kostenobergrenze. Dieser Höchstbetrag kann nicht überschritten werden. Sind wir schneller fertig als geplant, wird entsprechend weniger verrechnet.
What we need for a useful quote.
Tell us your current and new addresses, preferred date and the size of your household. Photos of large furniture and information about floors, lifts and parking help us assess the work. If anything is unclear, we discuss it with you or arrange a visit.
Included materials and optional help.
All required boxes and packing materials are free with your TSR move. We deliver them two to three weeks beforehand and collect the boxes after you have had one month to unpack. Where a moving lift can be used for your TSR move, it is also included free of charge.
Packing, furniture disassembly and reassembly, and disposal or clearance are additional services. We agree what you need and record the scope in your quote.
If your plans change.
Let us know if you add furniture, change an address or need another service. We can then check the plan and agree any changes to the quote before the work takes place.
