We pack room by room and label the boxes to help you find your way around your new home. Kitchen utensils stay together, and books go to your chosen room. When it is time to unpack, you know where to start.
You can add our packing service to your home move, whether you are changing apartments in Basel or moving house in Binningen. We coordinate packing and transport with you.

You might prefer to pack clothes and personal belongings yourself while leaving the kitchen to our team. Or you may want us to prepare your entire household. Both are possible. Together, we go through what you would like us to handle.
- Kitchen: Dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and small kitchen appliances.
- Living room: Books, pictures, decorations and lamps.
- Bedroom: Clothes, bed linen and the personal belongings we have agreed to pack.
- Study: Books, documents and work supplies, grouped as you prefer.
- Cellar and attic: The belongings you would like to take to your new home.
We look at special pieces together. Tell us what matters to you, and we plan the right wrapping and handling.

A glass needs different packing from a book. We choose paper, boxes and padding to suit the contents and weight, paying particular attention to pictures, mirrors and delicate finishes.
Our team brings the supplies needed. Your move also includes protection for furniture, floors and walkways. Packing, carrying and loading are planned together.
If you are doing some of the packing yourself, we deliver the boxes and packing materials you need free of charge, two to three weeks before moving day. You can prepare your belongings at your own pace while we take care of the agreed items.

You receive a free quote covering the agreed packing service. We coordinate when our team will arrive and which items you need to keep available until you leave.
Pack and label
We bring the materials, carefully pack your belongings and label boxes by room and contents. Everything is then prepared for transport.
Time to settle in
At your new home, it is time to make it yours.
On moving day, we carry boxes straight to their intended rooms. You decide where to start unpacking. After moving in, you have a month before we collect the boxes.
For a move to another Swiss canton, we also coordinate packing with collection and arrival. You have an agreed schedule for preparation and transport.
The packing supplies needed for your TSR move are free. Our team's packing work is an additional service whose scope we agree with you beforehand. Your quote sets out the support you have chosen.

What would you like to know about our packing service?
Can you pack just my kitchen?
Yes. We can handle individual rooms or selected items. For example, you can pack clothes and books yourself and leave dishes and glasses to us. We agree the scope together.
Is the packing service free?
The boxes and packing materials needed for your move are free. Packing work is an additional service. After the free home survey, you receive a quote for the agreed services.
When will the team come to pack?
We schedule packing according to the size of your household and your move. Together, we decide when each room will be packed and what you will need until you leave.
Do I need to buy packing materials?
No. Our team brings the supplies needed. If you are packing some items yourself, we deliver the materials you need free of charge two to three weeks before moving day.
How will I find my belongings when unpacking?
We pack room by room and label boxes by room and contents. At your destination, we place them in the agreed rooms. Let us know beforehand if you have particular preferences for how items are grouped.
Can you also prepare pictures and mirrors?
Yes. Show us these pieces during the survey. We discuss suitable wrapping and account for delicate items in the plan.
Does the packing service include furniture assembly?
Packing household belongings and assembling furniture are separate services. You can also arrange furniture disassembly and reassembly. We include both agreed services in your quote.
How long do I have to unpack?
After your move, you have a month to settle in and unpack the boxes. We then collect them from you.
